Author: Terezie Lacinová Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with diagnosis shoulder luxation with m. deltoideus pareses Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the theoretical information about the shoulder luxation with concrete complication - paresis of deltoid muscle and to elaborate the patient casuistry of his physiotherapeutical care with the final evaluation of the therapy effect. Methods: The bachelor's thesis has two parts. The first one is general part which summarize the basic anatomy and kinesiology of shoulder, types and classification of shoulder luxation, its complications and resulting physiotherapy intervetion. The second one is special part which contains case study of the patient with this diagnosis with concrete complication. This part includes a complex input kinesiological examination, therapy developments, output kinesiological examination and final therapy effect evaluation. Outcomes: During a one month period the patient attended 8 therapy sessions in total, which has positive effect on the physical and mental health of the patient. This is confirmed by the comparison of the input and output kinesiological examination mentioned in the final chapter of this bachelor's thesis Evaluation of therapy effect. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with dislocation of elbow Thesis aim: Aim of this bachelor's thesis is summary of theoretical knowledge and study of rehabilitation in context with traumatology, especially dislocation, of elbow joint. Then use this knowledge in practice with patient with status post dislocation of elbow joint. Method: Theoretical part of bachelor's thesis includes anatomic, kinesiological and biomechanical findings of elbow joint in relationship with other structures. In other section are described issues of traumatology of elbow joint, with focus on elbow dislocations. There is detailed description of examination a therapy, mainly meant by rehabilitation care with using physical therapy and physiotherapeutic methods. In special part of thesis I processed detailed case report of 55 years old female patient with status post posterior dislocation of right elbow joint after removal of plaster fixation, which immobilized joint for one month. This case report was made during my professional practice in C.L.P.A. in Prague, Vysočany, and in term 9. 1. - 3. 2. 2012 under the supervision of physiotherapist Mgr. František Vaňous. In thesis is processed complete input and output kinesiology analysis, description of process of each therapy unit and...

Title: Case of Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient with Diagnosis Elbow Joint Luxation with Abruption of Processus Coronoideus and Caput Radii Summary: The theme of bachelor thesis is a case of study of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of the elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii. The fall on the extended upper extremity usually precedes this injury. The basic goal of the theoretical part is to search processing of the diagnosis of the elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii. The goal of the special part is processing of the case study of physiotherapy care of the patient with the diagnosis of elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii using examination methods and therapeutic procedures, which fill the Curriculum of the bachelor degree programme in physiotherapy. Keywords: therapy, luxation, elbow joint, case report

Majerová, Barbora ; Novotná, Irena (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after stabilization surgery of the shoulder joint after multiple luxation Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the shoulder joint luxation issue and its surgery. The practical part contains case study of physiotherapy of patient with such diagnosis. Methodology of thesis: The bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. The first section is theoretical and deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint, types of its instabilities and luxations. Diagnosis of those issues and possibilities of treatment (conservative, surgery, physiotherapy). The second section is practical and contains the case study of patient who underwent a repetitive right shoulder luxation and its surgery stabilisation. The patient passed out the physiotherapeutic treatment in the time between 8th January 2016 and 21st January 2016 at the MediCentrum Praha. Case study contains the case history, entrance kinesiology analysis, eight therapeutic units, final kinesiology analysis and evaluation of results. Result: Patient's health has improved. Both the motion range of right shoulder joint and muscle strength have been increased. The hypertonus of the trapezius muscles has been lowered. Keywords: Shoulder joint, luxation, physiotherapy
